bigsaving.co.nz is an online platform designed to help business provide voucher/coupon for a product or service at price that provides a “big saving” to the person who purchases the voucher/coupon.

The bigsaving.co.nz online platform is supported by Ahura Consulting. Ahura Consulting is not acting as an agent or has any direct affiliation with the business that are offering voucher/coupon on the online platform.

Does bigsaving.co.nz guarantee the coupon I have purchased? I.e. What if the business I buy a voucher/coupon from goes out of business or closes before I can use the voucher/coupon?

Bigsaving.co.nz simply acts as a platform to connect consumers with deals on offer by New Zealand businesses. All transactions on bigsaving.co.nz are solely between the consumer and the business offering the deal, all businesses listed on bigsaving.co.nz have the intent of honouring their coupons as they are looking to attract new customers during these difficult times.

For this reason, if you have any difficulty with the specifics around your voucher/coupon please contact the issuing business as bigsaving.co.nz plays no part in the issuing or honouring of coupons.

When will I get the voucher? What is it?

When you pay, you will receive an email that confirms payment and that email has a unique order number on it – that is your voucher. Print it out or bring it on your phone to the business you bought it from.

Will I get a physical/tangible voucher mailed to me?

No, this is an e-voucher system. You will receive your voucher/coupons via email, no physical vouchers will be mailed to you.

I want to send a voucher to a friend/family etc, how do I do this?

After your purchase, your voucher/coupon will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Once you have this email with the unique coupon code you may forward this on.

How long will the voucher/coupon be valid for?

Details around the voucher/coupons on offer are set by the issuing business. Businesses may associate conditions of use and validity as they wish. Please read the offer and all conditions carefully before making a purchase.

I purchased a voucher/coupon, but I have not received my voucher/coupon email?

Please follow these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check your junk folder. If you are using a hotmail address this is most likely in your junk folder. If you are using a gmail or yahoo address, it may be in your promotions tab or junk folder depending on your spam filters. 
  2. Did you spell your email correctly at checkout?

No, bigsaving.co.nz is not a charity. It is an online platform designed to help connect businesses with special deals on offer to consumers. bigsaving.co.nz is not a charity or a business entity. It is just a complimentary platform provided by Ahura Consulting to help businesses during these times of economic uncertainty.

All voucher/coupon are sold directly by the business to you and proceeds from the purchase of the voucher/coupon directly goes to the business.

Ahura Consulting pays the overheads and other costs associated with bigsaving.co.nz as a way of doing its part in helping fellow New Zealanders through these difficult economic times.
