Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The website bigsaving.co.nz is an online platform designed to help business showcase a voucher/coupon for a product or service. It was established to help Merchants sell a vouchers/coupons to their customers, which can be redeemed based on terms and conditions associated with each voucher/coupon.
The bigsaving.co.nz online platform is supported by Ahura Consulting. Ahura Consulting is not acting as an agent or has any direct affiliation with the business that are offering voucher/coupon on the online platform.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words are defined and have a specific meaning:
Business – means those participating New Zealand registered companies that offer a product or service to customers and have and have a voucher/coupon listed on bigsaving.co.nz website.
Voucher/coupon – means the voucher/coupon supplied by the business for use by you to redeem for the Goods or Services stated on the voucher/coupon.
Goods – means any goods that are offered by a Merchant.
Product – means any product that are offered by a Merchant.
Services – means any services that are offered by a Merchant.
You and Your – are a reference to you the customer who purchases a voucher/coupon.
2. Operation of Website
The website bigsaving.co.nz is supported by Ahura Consulting. Ahura Consulting is doing this in a not-for-profit manner and do not charge the businesses that list their voucher/coupon any fees or service charges.
Ahura Consulting is not acting as an agent for businesses., and are not selling voucher/coupon on their behalf.
The business is the seller of the voucher/coupon and is solely responsible for providing the Goods and/or Services associated with the voucher/coupon that you purchased from them.
3. Purchase of Vouchers
bigsaving.co.nz allows a business to showcase their voucher/coupon for a product or service.
A voucher/coupon is purchased directly from the merchant and bigsaving.co.nz is not acting as an agent or has any direct affiliation with the business that is offering voucher/coupon on the bigsaving.co.nz online platform.
Any questions about the purchase or refunds must be discussed directly with the business offering the voucher/coupon.
A voucher/coupon is only redeemable in respect to the goods and/or services the voucher/coupon is entitled for and will be subject to terms and conditions associated with voucher/coupon.
Each voucher/coupon has a unique reference code and can only be redeemed once.
The vouchers will be valid from the time of purchase until 6 months after the NZ Government declares a return to Level 2 (or lower) on the Covid-19 scale.
A voucher/coupon cannot be combined with any other offers, Vouchers, or promotions, unless otherwise specified by the Business. Voucher/coupon are redeemable in their entirety only and may not be redeemable incrementally. The number of Vouchers which may be purchased by each Member in relation to a specific Deal will be determined by the Business.
The reproduction, sale or trade of any voucher/coupon is prohibited unless expressly authorised by the Merchant or otherwise done so in compliance with the law.
